Happy Weekend!

I had a total, utter pinch-me moment yesterday. Actually I had two. And they were more like “Please hit me with a (glitter covered) stick” moments because pinching me isn’t enough. I had the unbelievable honor of being asked to share what I’m crafting for Valentine’s Day by the one and only bible, I mean, Martha Stewart Living for their February issue. I did a little shriek when I saw it in my mailbox yesterday and when I opened it and saw “Studio DIY” right there in print, well, I did a major happy dance. Then! To top it all off, my dip dyed marshmallows were featured in an adorable story about art themed children’s birthday parties in the February issue of Parenting!!! I’m waiting to wake up at this point, it’s just too much to handle! I am a magazine junkie so being published is a pretty darn big deal in my mind! I can’t thank all of you enough for the wonderful support you’ve given this little ol’ blog. Really. Now I’m off to prep for a Valentine’s Day shoot and of course, Alt Summit!!! January, you’ve been good to me!
