Chocolate Cookie Waffle Pops

Servings: 15 -20 waffles


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoonful baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs separated
  • 1 cup International Delights Oreo creamer
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ounces milk or semi sweet chocolate roughly chopped
  • Nonstick spray
  • Large popsicle sticks
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons International Delights Oreo Creamer
  • 3 tablespoons International Delights French Vanilla creamer for white icing
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  • Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Combine the egg yolks, International Delights Oreo creamer, vegetable oil and vanilla extract.
  • Add wet ingredients into dry and mix till combined.
  • Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites till medium peaks form. Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
  • Add in the chopped chocolate and gently fold in till combined.
  • Heat waffle iron on high. Spray with nonstick spray. Place about 1/4 cup of batter in an oval shape onto each quarter of your waffle machine. Place a large popsicle stick onto the waffle and cover the stick with a little more batter. Close the waffle maker and cook for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a wire cooling rack.
  • To make the icing, combine creamer, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract and whisk with an electric mixer till smooth.
  • Drizzle icing over waffles and top with sprinkles or toppings for your choice.
