Combine water, corn syrup, sugar, and cream of tartar in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Cook till temperature reaches between 295 and 310 degrees F (the hard crack stage).

Remove from heat. Add in desired amount of glitter and stir gently to combine.

Carefully pour sugar mixture into shot glass molds. Let sit till firm, at least 1 hour.

Remove from molds.
