Grease and flour a bundt pan and pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, vanilla and sour cream together in a large bowl at high speed until thick and creamy, about seven minutes.
Meanwhile, make the filling. Stir brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon and butter with a fork.
Pour 3/4 of the cake batter into your greased bundt pan.
Sprinkle filling mixture over cake batter.
Top with remaining batter.
Bake 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let cool for 15 minutes and remove from pan.
Once completely cool, dust with powdered sugar.
