I. Am. So. Excited. A new series is here!!!! We’ve been planning this one for AWHILE, you guys! One of the most common questions I get about the photos on Studio DIY is, “Where is that wall!?” We shoot in front of a LOT of them! And one day Samantha was all, “Why don’t you start doing wall maps?” AND THAT IS WHY SHE ROCKS. But we didn’t want to stop with Los Angeles… there’s walls all OVER this country! The world! So we’re partnering with some of our fave Instagrammers to bring you Studio DIY Wall Crawls in their cities! It’s gonna be GOOD.
We’ve got Kate up there illustrating all the maps, and we’ll have a handy Google Map at the bottom for you to get a move on! There’s so many walls to cover! So let’s get started with Studio DIY’s hometown, Los Angeles!

Awesome post! So fun to learn about new cool walls! On other that I love is the Buddha wall on the corner of Abbot Kinney and Santa Clara in Venice.

This post is so cool! I’ve always wondered where some of the walls in your pictures were located. The Kim West Mural in downtown has to be one of my favorite walls around L.A.
